Sein zugrunde liegender Ansatz zur Ursachenanalyse basiert dabei primär auf dem 5-D-Modell von Geert Hofstede. Der Autor schließt die Arbeit mit dem kreativen Entwurf eines Evaluationstools (Phasenmodell) für entsprechende Joint Venture-Aktivitäten von Unternehmen. Somit kann seine Arbeit sowohl für Vertreter der Wissenschaft als auch der Praxis als relevant und top-aktuell verstanden werden. Die Diplomarbeit beinhaltet z.T. auch englische Sprache i.B.a. verschiedene Zitate. Das Gros der Arbeit ist allerdings in deutscher Sprache verfasst. Die eigentlichen Fallstudien, geführte Interviews, bzw. Protokolle, sowie Informationen über Interviewpartner tauchen in der Arbeit aus Vertraulichkeitsgründen nicht auf.
